Q: What is required for a deposit to book a hunt with Sarvis Prairie Outfitters?
A: While we all know that we are still in difficult economic times, we make every effort to making your hunt a reality and offer a flexible payment plan to book your hunt. We need a minimum of 10% down or $500.00 per hunter to confirm and lock your booking. We then are acceptable to payments as long as by May 15, 2013 you have paid at least 50% of your hunt fee. The remaining 50% is due 30 days prior to your hunt date. We will make every effort to listen and accommodate other requests for payments on an individual level.
Q: What happens if I have to cancel my hunt? Will I get a refund?
A: Depending on your circumstance we will make every effort to return your deposit, if we are given ample time and are able to book a replacement hunter for the same season. Sarvis Prairie Outfitters makes it an effort to take the lowest number of hunters on any given year, to insure quality & quantity for our future hunts, in doing so we don’t leave a lot of margin on the table for cancellations. We have in the past given full refunds for medical emergencies, deaths in the immediate family and or offered the opportunity to move your deposit to a future hunt date normally the following year. All of our decisions are based on timing, game & business management plans as well as State Game Unit Tag availability due to Controlled Unit application period and purchase deadlines.
